and delegations Visited to Hicorp to Supervise the Research Work
On the morning of June 19, Peng Jianguo, Secretary and Executive Vice-chairman of Qingdao Federation of Trade Unions, and his delegation came to our company to supervise and investigate the work of trade unions. Chen Kefu, member of the Party group of CPPCC and Chairman of the District Federation of Trade Unions, Zhang Kuiyou, Secretary of the Party group and Executive Vice-chairman of the West Coast New Area Federation of Trade Unions, Tan Yuanling, Zhu changtao and Ding Shoufen, etc., accompanied the investigation.
Accompanied by our President, Guan Yanchun, Deputy General Manager and Chairman of Trade Union ,Yin Yuwu , the research team first visited production workshops of Textile Machinery Company and Heavy Industry Company, better understood the workshop team construction, innovative achievements, product characters and marketing.
Afterwards, the research team held symposium at our conference room, President Guan Yangchun warmly welcomed all delegations, expressed gratitude to the Qingdao Federation of trade unions and the District Federation of trade unions for their support and guidance to our work for a long time, and emphatically introduced the business operation at the meeting. Our Chairman Yin Yuwu made a report on the work of trade union . The research team discussed the team construction, all-involvement innovation , as well as cultural construction .
Secretary Peng expressed deep admiration for our sustainable development, affirmed the work of the trade union, highly appraised our aspiration, mission and all-involvement innovation promoted over the years, and pointed out that the mode and practice of all-involvement innovation is also an innovation. He stressed that the trade union is a solid backing for the development of enterprises, requiring the District Federation of trade unions to continue to strengthen services for enterprises, promote the development of trade union work, play a greater role in promoting the harmonious and healthy development of enterprises.
